● A public inquiry on 23 September will look at an objection received against a new application from R Exall and Sons, based in Godstone. The TC will also consider the new application from the firm.
● On 26 September, a PI will consider disciplinary action against T Caudwell, based in Maidstone.
● Disciplinary action against Sidney Turner, based in Arundel, and the transport manager’s repute will be discussed at a PI on 27 September.
● The TC, at an inquiry on 10 October, will discuss disciplinary action against JWB Groundworks, based in Ramsgate.
Cambridge
● MA Brooks Transport, based in Ashby-De-La-Zouch will attend a disciplinary related PI on 19 September.
● Epping-based J&N Haulage is facing possible disciplinary action at a hearing on 19 September. Also under discussion will be the transport manager’s repute.
