Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

CHILLED TRANSPORT specialist Culina Logistics, which handles deliveries of Muller yoghurts in the IJK, plans to create 300 new jobs with the opening of a new distribution centre.

The firm has applied to Stafford Borough Council for permission for a nationwide delivery centre at Creswell, on the A34 north of Stafford, less than a mile from M6/J14.

Stafford Borough Council confirms an application from Culina Logistics was considered at a planning committee meeting last week. A spokesperson says: The decision has been deferred pending further reports regarding potential noise from the site."

A spokesperson for Culina Logistics says: "We can make no further comment as it would be too presumptive at this stage."

The plans for the RDC include eight loading bays and associated works at an existing empty warehouse on the site. Culina already has distribution centres at Market Drayton, Milton Keynes and Higher Heath, Shropshire.
