Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Home Office Minister John Patten has praised the "extraordinary personal bravery of NFC Cartransport driver Bob Perry, who saved his load and averted a potential explosion by driving a burning car off his transporter.

Perry, a seasoned finalist in the Lorry Driver of the Year competition, won the NFC award for social consciousness – earned only once since 1984. NFC chairman Sir Peter Thompson presented him with an engraved silver salver and a cheque for £250.

Perry was driving along the A34 near Biceste when he saw smoke billowing from the rear car on his Leyland Roadtrain.

"I thought, hello, this can't be true," said 48-year-old Perry. "I stopped the truck and managed to unhook the chains, get in the car and drive it off the trailer." Bicester Fire Brigade put out the fire.
