Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

JIM FISHER, a bodybuilder with Walter Alexander (Coachbuilders) of Falkirk received on behalf of his firm a cheque worth £1,000 in recognition of his success as one of the national winners in the 1984 Working for Exports Travel Awards.

The awards, sponsored by Williams and Glyn's Bank and supported by the British Overseas Trade Board, enable shop floor representatives to travel overseas to see how their company's goods or services are used. A total of 20 awards, worth up to £1,000 each, have been won this year, the maximum number ever.

Mr Fisher went to Singapore, Hong Kong and Indonesia where he visited several major customers. On his return he said: "During my visit to the Far East, I was made aware of the great difficulties as well as the rewards in selling high quality British goods abroad, and hope now in some way to convey these findings to my colleagues on the shop floor."
