A book entitled "Chemical and Bio-chemical Aspects of ElectronSpin Resonance Spectroscopy" has been dedicated to Midlands Red bus drivers operating between Queniborough and Leicester. Most of it has been written on buses to and from Leicester University where the author, Martyn Symons, is professor of physical chemistry.
Mr Symons" dedication recognizes the drivers' skill, which he says, enables him to devote all his attention to writing.
If I ever write a book I shall dedicate it to the local dustmen in thanks to then for taking it away.
