ASince you do not intend to carry goods for hire or reward, it is unnecessary for you to obtain an Aor B-carrier's licence.
But if your work involves carrying your own goods in a goods vehicle then you need a C licence. An application form can be obtained from the licensing authority for the area in which you propose to operate.
