hope that you may find the space to give some publicity to my efforts in compiling "The Sentinel Register". Starting three years ago with the knowledge of 19 Sentinels in preservation, I have now built this number up to 103.
Apart from the register of preserved wagons and tractors, I am also collecting photographs of these wagons. I now have over 600 different ones. My collection also includes as many catalogues, brochures and sales pamphlets as I can purchase; my ultimate aim has been for "The Sentinel Register" to be the largest collection of Sentinel literature in existence, and I am informed by knowledgeable people who have seen it that it already is.
I would be very pleased to purchase any pre-1938 copies of COMMERCIAL MOTOR to replace my own copies which! had taken from 1921 but were destroyed in the blitz.
