Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

THE WESSEX battery-electric articulated tug unit, Model EA150 has a towing capacity of 3 tons and provides a simple and economical method of transportation where space is limited.

At the rear of the tractive unit is a hydraulically-operated hinged towbar with a ball coupling, which, when backed under the semi-trailer, is raised either by a hand or electric pump. This engages with a cup at the forward end of the trailer and secures it by a spring lock.

The driver can pick up the trailer without leaving his seat and can lower it by releasing the valve of the hydraulic pump. The tractive unit is 6ft 9in long and 3ft 6in wide. Standard semi-trailers produced measure 7ft by 3ft Oin and are 2ft high: special sizes can be made. The tractive unit and trailer when linked up, are 12ft 10in long.
