FINES TOTALLING £150 were imposed last week on A. Samuel Ltd., Wolverhampton, at South Staffordshire Stipendiary District Magistrate's Court.
The firm pleaded guilty to: 10 counts of failing to comply with the special conditions of its B licence (15 on each count with four guineas costs); and 10 counts of failing to produce records to an authorized officer (£10 on each count). The prosecution did not proceed with 10 other summonses (to which Samuel pleaded not guilty) of failing to preserve records for the necessary three-month period.
