YESTERDAY was Summit Day. Representatives of 12 influential bodies met in London in a bid to form a united opposition front to Mrs. Castle's licensing proposals.

They were: RHA ("convenor"), TRTA, ABCC, BRF, CBI, NAFWR, NCT, NCRTCH, NTTA, SMMT, TCCT and URTU.
