Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Many of the leading corporations are realizing the wisdom of providing specially designed passenger chassis for the travelling public and, following the example of Barrow, Morecambe, Wolverhampton, etc., the corporation of Sheffield has ordered a number of Guy lowload-line chassis to accommodate bus bodies for 26 passengers.

This chassis follows the specification recently given in The Commercial Motor; and includes a unique flexible sub-frame which keeps the engine -and gearbox units insulated from all stresses caused by main frame distortion.

It is estimated that the .pneumatic tyres, rapid acceleration and low build of these vehicles cut the time taken in running by one-third.
