The first informal meeting of the session of the Institution of Automobile Engineers will be held on October 27th, and it is suggested that petrol gauges should be demonstrated and discussed. Manufacturers who would like an opportunity of entering their devices for this purpose are asked to communicate with the seeretary of the Institu c20 tion at 1Sratergate House, Adelphi, London, W.C.2.
The idea is to give the maker, or his representative, say, 10 minutes in which to explain the points of the device.
