Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Dome people are not cut out to be master criminals. After attending a football semi-final between Kerry and Cavan, fruit and veg salesman Brian Cooney went to Finglas police station and reported that his Mercedes car had been stolen. He then put in an insurance claim for £9,000. The police became suspicious when they found he had hired a JCB the day before the car was stolen. Detective John Brosnan explains: "It seems that Cooney and some friends had dug a hole with the JCB, driven the car into it, and then used the digger to fill it in, though not very well. He admitted this as soon as we asked."
