• Dutch exhaust manufacturer Dinex is setting up a wholly-owned UK distributor to take over the business from its current importer. Steel systems for Continental and UK trucks, coaches and buses will be stocked in the company's 930e (10,000ft warehouse at Warrington. Peter Hunter will be managing director of the new company while Brian Butcher will handle sales in Scotland and Ireland. Both are exemployees of the previous UK distributor.
The expected launch date for the new company is November I.
