Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

PHIL AYLIFF, former chief mechanic of the BRM formula one racing team, and latterly sales manager of Dunlop's Automotive Engineering Division handling Maxaret and friction materials has acquired the right to develop and market Dunlopad, the motorcycle sintered metal disc brake pad. It was developed by Dunlop in the late 70s in conjunction with the Transport Road Research Laboratory to solve the braking problems experienced by motorcyclists, particularly under wet road conditions.

Sintered metal brake pad material is still undertaken by Dunlop Aviation Division — a world leader in aircraft braking materials technology.

Future development and marketing of Dunlopad will be undertaken by the new company, Phil Ayliff Products, of Attleborough Fields Industrial Estate, Nuneaton.
