Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Two men who never lose an opportunity to do a quiet promotion job on their products are Ron Whiteside, the md of Rolls-Royce Motor Diesel Division, and Bruno Beccaria, the IVECO chief. Now when these two men get together can we read something into their encounter?

If so then let's start reading because Ron and Bruno were spotted at Earls Court having a chin-wag in a quiet corner. Neither one is given to wasting either time or words and neither is ready to say too much yet. We'll leave the speculation to others and there's bound to be plenty of it. In the meantine let's stick to the facts as we know them, and they've nothing at all to do at this stage with Rolls-Royce.

The big IVECO talking point at Earls Court was the introduction by Magirus of a new light range of vehicles which has already become so well established in Fiat's programme.

"There's no conflict," says Bruno and he expects that the availability of the air-cooled engine will prove a big attraction. Bruno Beccaria strikes us as being just the right kind of man to head up this latter-day league of nations.
