A NEW COMPANY known as London Transport International has been founded by London Transport to take over its consultancy services.
It will be a wholly owned subsidiary of LT headed by Mr Ralph Bennett as chairman with Mr Arthur Knight as managing director.
"The change is to underline the commercial nature of our activities and to aid expansion overseas," said an LT spokesman.
