● A PI on 9 November will look at disciplinary action against Vale Logistics based in Evesham.
● The TC will consider disciplinary action against The Wolverhampton and District Transport Co on 22 November, as well as the repute of the transport manager.
● On 23 November a PI will consider disciplinary action against Skipy Skip Hire based in Rugby. The repute of the transport manager will also be on the agenda.
● A PI on 5 December will look at disciplinary action against Corbelli Wines, based in Willenhall.
Bristol
● Disciplinary action against Clinton Scaffolding based in Sturminster Newton will be looked at on 13 November.
● Sweet News, based in Cullompton, will attend a disciplinary PI on 3 December.
Hinstock
● Edwards Transport (Shropshire) based in Market Drayton, will submit a variation application at a PI on 20 November. The TC will also consider an objection received against the application.
Shipston-On-Stour
● Michael F Merriman and Sons will attend a PI on 13 November and make a new application.
