• Volvo dealer Hartshorne Motor Services has bought Wolverhampton-based bodybuilder Transliner, which went into receivership last month.
The takeover, which cost over £200,000, includes 37 staff, the Wolverhampton depot and equipment. Only two redundancies have been made since the sale, but 17 jobs were cut when Transliner went into receivership. Hartshorne will retain its name.
