Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

II Kidderminster-based coach operator Go Whittle is increasing the size of its fleet by 50% with the purchase of Narburgh Coaches of Alveley, Shropshire.

It will retain the entire Narburgh workforce, which comprises about 20 part-time and two full-time staff. The firm's previous owners, Vic and Sandra Narburgh, will be staying on to act as consultants.

The couple decided to sell their 20-year-old coach operation to concentrate on their car repair garagelfilling station and trout fishery businesses.

The takeover includes 16 coaches — bringing Go Whittle's coach fleet up to 53 — and a depot at Alveley, which will join Go Whittle's four sites at Kidderminster, Ludlow, Cleobury Mortimer and Highley. The tour operating divisions of the two companies will be merged, which means that Go Whittle Holidays will now be able to offer tours that include a stop over at more than one place.

The two companies will run their private charter, school and special services independently — the Narburgh name will be kept "for the foreseeable future".
