Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Scania, which has offered contract hire for about five years under the Lifeline scheme, intends to quash the 'DIY' label with a strengthened after-sales service for trucks and PSVs. The company has tightened up its computercontrolled credit check system for roadside repairs, which Scania says is slicing hours off roadside repair schedules.

On 1 January the company is also launching the Max 24 scheme, which pays customers 2150 a day if a Scaniamaintained and serviced truck is off the road for more than 24 hours following a breakdown.
