• Luxembourg reefer bodybuilder Plasti-Baeten is setting up a sales and marketing company in the UK and plans to follow this with an assembly plant. It already has a sales network covering most European countries.
Plasti-Baeten has sold about 200 reefer rigid kits to UK bodybuilders over the past two years.
Its UK company, based in Peterlee. Co Durham, will be headed by Mike Smethurst, formerly with King Trailers, and is likely to be called Eurotherm.
