Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

INDEPENDENT bus services in West Dunbartonshire ended las Friday when Phipps Bus Services suddenly gave up their two month-old operation.

Phipps lost £14,000 (CM, November 1) on three-fifths of what was planned to be a viable service package around Helensburgh and also faced opposition from some local residents.

No buses ran in the area last weekend, but on Monday Central SMT extended a Dumbarton Helensburgh service in Gare lochhead, giving a better servici than Phipps, and introduced local service in Helensburgh.

The service between Gare loch head and Coulport is share( by the Central Alexander (Mid lands) which already operate: contracts for Royal Navy civiliar workers there.
