Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Learning the business from the ground up is a traditional path for bosses' sons. This week I've encountered a very creditable example—though it involves a son-in-law. Herman Tolleneer is the son-in-law of G. Degrieck, one of the chairmen of Hessena tie, Belgian haulage and dock-owning associates of Morton's (BRS) Ltd.

And, as my picture shows, young Herman's three months with Morton's have not been spent behind a desk. He's now off to France to study haulage there before taking up a post with Hessenatie. Oh, yes, and he's a Belgian university graduate in electronics and mechanical engineering. Good management material.
