Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Annual prizegiving of the College of Aeronautical and Automobile Engineering was held in Chelsea Town Hall last Thursday week, Sir Matthew Slattery presiding. Prizes were presented by Viscount C aidecote, chairman of English Electric Co. Ltd. and a director of the British Aircraft Corporation whose address included experiences of his early career in a Tyneside shipyard. He commented on the importance of both education and practical job experience, also mentioning that modern youth should be more critical of decisions made by higher authority.

Among the prizes, Temple Press awards were made to W. G. Little (automobile engineering, commercial), F. A. M. Falcao (automobile engineering, private) and C. J. Pilkington (aeronautical engineering).
