Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Pleasureways (1955) Ltd. of Altrincham has been granted two new fantail tours for 1969. A two-day public sitting was cancelled in Manchester this week when, following discussions, the nine objectors withdrew and the grant was made in Chambers.

Sevenor eight-day tours will be operated to Plymouth and South Devon between May and September. When operated as an eightday tour, the seventh day will be free at the resort.

A further fantail tour was granted in respect of Barmouth and Central Wales with similar conditions applying. In this case, instead of having, as is usual, to give up a similar tour already operated to Portmadoc or Criccieth, Pleasureways will be able to run it as an alternative tour, the choice dictated by public demand.
