• The share capital of BG Transport Service Ltd has been acquired by W. T. Noble and Sons (Manchester) Ltd, a unit in the British Vita Group. The BG fleet, which consists of some 50 vehicles, handles a variety of specialized traffic from bases at Stacey Avenue. Edmonton, London, and Deansgate Lane, Timperley, near Manchester.
