• Applications are invited for a Rees Jeffreys Studentship, tenable at the London School of Economics, to enable a suitable candidate to devote at least one whole year to full-time research into the economics of transport.

The studentship is not confined to university graduates, but is also open to any person who has been engaged in the administration of transport, including road transport, or in the production of transport

equipment or facilities. Its value, will be £750 and it will be tenable from October 1, 1970, for one year. It is open to the holder of a studentship to apply for it to be renewed for a second year. All applications must be received not later than May 31, 1970.
