Mr. Smeaton Dick was manager of the Cardiff branch of Pirelli, Ltd. He had been with the company for 29 years.

Mr. Rotinolf, who died on May 2, in London, was 57. A civil engineer of distinction, he was a director of several companies bearing his name, including Rotinoff Motors, Ltd., 125 Pali Mall, London. MR. W. G. NIVEN has been appointed garage equipment representative for the West of Scotland by James Robertson (Factors), Ltd.

MR. PETER Vey takes over as public relations officer of the National Benzole Co., Ltd., in place of MR. BRUCE PATTERSON, who joins the Shell International Petroleum Co., Ltd.

MR. E. H. B. PALMER, who has acted as a consultant in licensing matters in the Metropolitan Traffic Area for 25 years, is to retire, and his practice is being taken over by MR. H. T. LENNART).

MR. J. E. DOREY is now national transport controller of the Co-operative Wholesale Society's milk products department. MR. G. H. COE takes over the control of the company's London transport.
