Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AANY tons of paper are still wasted Ylin acknowledging unimportant communications, in covering letters for self-explanatory documents, typing reports with copies where they are not really required,. and embodying in correspondence unnecessary verbiage and conventional phrases. Typed letters, etc., should be altered on the original instead of being returned for retyping. Letters should also be typed on both sides of the paper.

Another important point is that pins, staples and paper clips should be removed from documents before they are thrown into the wastepaper bins. We are assured that one concern alone in the wastepaper trade has to spend £20,000 per annum in extracting such objects and in paying for damage done by them when they have escaped into the-pulping machines.
