Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• David MacKrill Engineering has developed container cleansing vehicle called the MacKlean

for municipal waste disposal fleets.

The waste container is wheeled on a pencil-lift at the back of the MacKlean, and when the container is raised, a four-nozzle rinsing head automatically swings into the container, releasing water at a pressure of 70 bar (1,000 psi). Waste water is discharged from the vehicle; larger solid waste is collected and dumped via a pneumatic flap.

The MacKlean can hold up to 7,000 litres of clean water, 7,000 litres of used water and 1,200 litres of solids.
