• On show at this year's Tipcon will be the latest revisions to Neville Charrold's tipper trailer range, with new versions of its Nimrod, Marksman and Quarryman tipping trailers joining the Magnum 2000 (CM 12-18 October 1989).

Neville Charrold is part of the York Group.

Like the Magnum 2000, the new Nimrod, Marksman and Quarryman 2000 tippers offer improved roll stability derived from new body frames with high torsional strength. The frames are available in either 1300mm or 1400mm widths with 2100mm spring centres in a new step frame design. All the tippers are fitted with Tecair suspension. The Nimrod 2000 is offered with the Ushaped bath-tub body design

and is available in three cubic capacities — 42m3 (55 cu yd), 43.6m3 (57 cu yd), and 46m3 (60 cu yd). The same capacities are offered on the new Marksman 2000 tipper de signed for heavy-duty bulk haulage. The Quarryman 2000 is offered in tandem axle form with a 21m3 all-alloy low profile body for aggregate haulage. See Bodybuilder for full details.
