NORTHAMPTON haulier C. Butt has taken over a national distribution contract for Texas Homecare.
Butt captured the work after Texas's move from its Eaton Socon warehouse in Cambridgeshire to a new one at Wellingborough. Previously Hopsons, based nearer Eaton Socon, held the Texas contract.
Butt declines to say how much the new contract is worth.
Seven new Volvo 1L7 tractive units and 15 York Freightmaster van-bodied trailers have been bought.
