'71E C40 CAB system for the Roadtrain has won an award from le Design Council for its "thoroughly practical design".
Designed by Leyland Vehicles Ltd in association with Motor tnels Ltd, Coventry, and Ogle Design, consultants on body rape and interior design, the good looks of the C40 cab owes uch to its aerodynamic shape, says the Council.
Working closely with Leyland, the team of Motor Panels igineers have provided a full project service for the developent of the cab, being responsible for the design, design igineering prototype and development, jig and tool design, and anufacture and production of the cab system.
