• Subject to the conclusion of successful negotiations with the unions, Doncaster Corporation Transport should be operating its first o-m-o double-deckers in about one year's time.
Six Daimler Fleetline 30ft chassis are already on order and will be fitted with 74 seat bodies by Charles H. Roe Ltd. The total cost will be about £50,000.
