Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

aventry reader, Graham Morris has spotted what he believes to be the first two steam locomotives through the Channel Tunnel, although admittedly they were not travelling under their own steam, but on the back of a low-loader owned by Daventry operator, Steam Transport Group. Or as Graham puts it: "On the back of a lorry on the back of a train." The Hawk retains a sneaking regard for the old technology. If Eurostar breaks down again (perish the thought) I wouldn't be at all surprised to see one of these old workhorses emerging amid a cloud of steam, towing the carriages onto French soil.
