* Drivers in Belgium experiencing difficulties getting hold of vignettes are warned that police are targeting drivers who fail to display them. P&O Ferries in Dover is the only British outlet for these vignettes. Payment for the daily, monthly or yearly certificates can be made in cash or usual credit and fuel cards. Drivers must display them in Germany, Denmark and the Benelux countries.
