• German Heinz Dehnhardt maintained Mercedes' stranglehold on this year's European truck racing season when he won the Superfinal of the French Truck Grand Prix at the Paul Ricard circuit.
Dehnhardt powered through the field from a poor position
on the starting grid to overtake George Alien and take the lead on lap seven.
Curt Goransson (Volvo) started in eighth place on the grid, but managed to finish just one second behind Dehnhardt George Allen was third in a White Road Boss.
