• Drivers' hours and tachograph convictions, and doubts over finance, have led to the PSV 0-licence held by Liverpool-based Amberline being renewed for only 12 months by North Western Traffic Commissioner Martin Albu.
The company, with 25 of its drivers, was ordered to pay fines and costs totalling £10,200 when they admitted a series of hours and tachograph offences.
