Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

FASHIONFLOW — the National Freight Consortium subsidiary which provides a totally dedicated distribution service to Marks and Spencer and its suppliers — has just opened a new North-West England centre at Middleton in Lancashire.

The eight acre site on the Stakehill industrial estate was opened by NEC chairman Sir Peter Thompson and Marks and Spencer deputy chairman Brian Howard last week.

The new centre replaces the Heywood branch of Fashion flow. It has been introduced to cope with the increasing volume of packaged textiles, footwear and housewear merchandise handled by the company.

Eashionflow has installed automatic package handling systems to deal with the estimated 3.5m packages each year.

Middleton serves the 41 Marks and Spencer stores and warehouses, and the 90 suppliers in its catchment area.

A total of 97 staff are employed at the centre.
