Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

ECCLES Transport, a Faber Prest trading group subsidiary, has opened a £400,000 warehouse and maintenance centre at Primrose Park, Rotherham's new storage and distribution centre.

Its 60,000sqfr premises are on a 5.5 acre site and offer covered and open storage, a commercial vehicle repair garage and a tachograph service centre. Eccles got £40,600 in grants for the project from Rotherham Borough Council, and has created five new jobs as a result of moving into the site, converted from a Mother's Pride bakery.

The company, which operates 50 lorries, is to open another warehouse at Shoreham in Sussex, and already has another at Plymouth.
