Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

Considered particularly suitable for loads such as tyres which do not freely align under their own weight, the rotational palletizer from Lodematic receives rolling loads and adjusts and steadies them by means of an hydraulic trim bar. This bar aligns the load as it rotates through 90 deg for stacking on to a pallet.

Up to eight heavy wheels and tyres may be accommodated on the cradle — seen here — while

alternative cradles with either side or end infeed and incorporating roller track are available for cartons, cases and other cube-form loads. -Multiple track infeed may be arranged for the palletizing of cases, etc, alongside each other.

On closure of the trim bar the system automatically actuates to place the load on the pallet, which is than power traversed from the cradle on to a storage line, which automatically accumulates, spaces and releases the pallets one at a time to a fork-lift truck at the end of the line.

The cradle can be interlocked to prevent return to the receiving position before the pallet is clear of the cradle.
