Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AN orbital sander which can be used on curved as well as flat surfaces has been introduced by the Key-Leather Co., Ltd., 5 Urswick Road, London, E9. This is possible because a foam-rubber pad is incorporated between the sanding paper and the base of the tool.

The unit is electrically operated, but is safe when used for wet rubbing down as all electrical parts are protected by a rubber cover between the pad and the sander. This also keeps out foreign matter from the operating mechanism, The size of the sanding surface is 44 in. x Ti in. and the tool weighs 9+ lb. Consumption is 250 w. on 220/240 v. A.C. Trade price of the K-L sander is £35.

Also recently introduced by KeyLeather are two types of storage bin. One is a rectangular carrying bin measuring 16+ in. x 104in. x 6 in with handles at both ends. The other has a sloping lip and is suitable for stacking. It measures 12 in. x 8 in, at the top and is 8 in. deep.
