A HOLDING company, Midlands EA Storage and Transport (Holdings). Ltd., has been formed with an authorized capital of £500,000 to acquire the entire share capital of a group of transport and storage companies operating from the Midlands area. The companies involved, known as the Midlands Storage Group, are Alsirat, Ltd.; Midlands Storage (West Hallam), Ltd.; Len Cave (Nottingham), Ltd.; W. H. Short (Contractors), Ltd.; H.. Tattersall (Contractors), Ltd., and J. Chambers, Ltd. A fleet of over 100 transport vehicles operate within the group which is engaged in general transport all over Great Britain.
