MORE A.E.C.s FOR EIRE: Commercial Road Vehicles, Ltd., of Dundalk, A.E.C.'s distributors in Eire, have placed orders for six more A .E.C.s—four Mammoth Major eight-wheelers for Irish Shell and BP.. Ltd., and two Mercury chassis.

IVIARSHALLS FOR CONCRETE: Five more A.E.C. Marshall chassis have been ordered by Concrete Products, Ltd., Redruth, Cornwall, through Wincanton Garages. Ltd. The new vehicles will be fitted with Ransomes and Rapier 6-cu.-yd, concrete mixers. 1+ MILLION MEXICAN ORDER: The Cummins Engine Co. has been awarded a contract worth over 1250,000 by Trailers Del Monterrey of Mexico for over 200 engines for lorries and buses. The engines, which range from 180 to 300 b.h.p., will be manufactured at the Cummins factory at Shotts, Lanarkshire, and delivery will begin towards the end of this year.
