Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

• Parcelforce Worldwide is stepping up its assault on the home delivery market with a new service in Europe which allows customers to return unwanted goods to Britain free of charge.

The service is being launched in France and Ireland before being extended to other countries.

A home shopper can simply repackage unwanted goods, attach a special label and take the parcel to his local post office where it will be collected by a partner organisation of Parcelforce.

European marketing and business development manager Edith Uger describes the service as a unique development in international home shopping. "Although we expect the service to be popular with the home shopping market sector, the service will also offer an easy return service for other companies who need to bring back goods from Europe," she says.

Earlier this year, Parcelforce Worldwide began a trial run of a home delivery service during evenings and weekends in Colchester, St Albans and Newcastle upon Tyne.
