Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

AThe regulations concerning the number of standing passengers which may be carried. and which were outlined in Q & A CM June 10, all refer to psv operation However, these standards have been laid down having regard to the safe operation of passenger vehicles for hire and reward. It would be unreasonable to assume that what is safe for a vehicle operated for profit is unsafe for one operated privately and provided you adhere to the standards laid down for psv, there is no reason why you should not carry standing passengers on your vehicle.
