Which of the following most accurately describes the problem?

April 24 saw the start of an experiment at Dublin's Phibsboro depot when 60 buses were fitted with the equipment which is manufactured by Storno of Camberley.

The equipment comprises a dual computer arrangement which collects location data from each bus en route by means of an odometer connected by radio waves to a central base. There, inspectors watch buses' progress on visual display units.

It is hoped the system will speed up Dublin's buses.
