LORRY overloaded with potatoes led to a prosecution at 'arrington against Joseph Edward Walsh, 30 Booth's Lane, 7mm, fruit and vegetable wholesaler. He pleaded guilty to two iarges in which the axle weight and gross weight of a lorry :ceeded the legal maximum.

Mr. Walsh was fined £25 on each of the charges and ordered to iy £10 towards prosecution costs.
