THE Yorkshire horsebox licensing battle is to be renewed before the Appeal Tribunal. The Railway Executive has lodged an appeal against the decision by the Yorkshire Licensing Authority, after a .five-day hearing at York, to grant the applications by nine trainers of racehorses for B licences in place of C licences.
These applications " resulted from a notification to trainers by the Licensing Authority that where they carried their patrons' horses for hire or reward, they should apply for B licences.
